Justin Bieber's remix in two languages Despacito came out in the year 2017. Then, numerous famous artists began collaborating with reggaeton singers. Drake collaborated with Bad Bunny on MIA (2018) as well as Madonna was a part of Maluma to create Medellin. In the year 2020, some Reggaeton performers were expressing displeasure about the advancing of their genre to the mainstream. However, a younger generation such as Rauw Alejandro was determined to keep the trend going. Rauw Alejandro incorporated elements of other styles and electronic music.
